In 2006, well-known builder Jerry Clark, of Jerry's Vette Service, bought a 1967 Corvette off of Ebay. He proceeded to spend a year restoring the Corvette and installing a 620 hp engine. After Jerry's passing, many asked, "What happened to the King Ray?" It was highly sought after for years by collectors and seemed to be lost...until it was found by a Corvette enthusiast in Paso Robles!
