We'll put together the final details at the October 3 General Meeting, but it looks like we'll start at Main Street Grill for lunch at 11am. After lunch we'll visit stores and look for scarecrows. If you want to stay at Main Street Grill and have a beer and watch a game, that's fine. Around 1ish, we'll hop in the car and drive to the other end of town and check out the stores and crows in the East Village. 

In October each year, hundreds of imaginative and whimsical scarecrows descend upon Cambria for the annual Cambria Scarecrow Festival.

They line the streets and fill empty lots through October 31. The festival debuted in 2009 and has been featured in places as varied as the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, ABC News, and Huffington Post.  USA Today named our festival as one of the nation’s top 10 autumn festivals and The Travel Channel included it in the top 10 scarecrow festivals in the U.S. and Canada.
