Prospective Members

Welcome to Golden State Classics Car Club

The Golden State Classics Car Club was founded in 1986 by nine individuals interested
in preserving and enjoying all types of antique, classic, and custom cars and trucks.

Our members range in age from 21 to 80 years. Our oldest cars were made in 1923, our
newest in 1976. We are a very active, family oriented club, that usually participates in at
least one event each month, and in many cases more than one event each month. We
participate in events as near as Paso Robles and as far away as Los Angeles, and the San
Francisco Bay Area. Historically, we have about 15 cars and trucks at each event in which we participate.

To become a member, you must first have a current member in good standing to sponsor you. You must complete a membership application (which you turn in to the President or the Secretary) and you must attend three club functions within a three-month period. After you have completed these requirements, the Board will vote upon your membership. If accepted for membership, you will be expected to take an active interest in the club and participate in club activities.

Dues are $25.00 per year and include your family. Dues paid after July 1st is $12.50.
For your dues, you will receive the monthly club newsletter, a copy of the club by-laws, one black plastic nametag (appropriately engraved), and a club key chain. Club jackets coast approximately $65.00.

We have undertaken several community service projects for which we intend to provide financial support through various fund raising activities. Once accepted as a member, we expect your participation in these fund raising activities.
